Data Analyst (12-month FTC)

Property Hub Holdings Limited

£Up to £50,000

Job description

We’re on the lookout for a switched-on, data-loving person to join our team as a Data Analyst. You’ll play a key role in helping us make smarter, faster decisions across the business by turning data into insight (and insight into action).

This is a fixed term contract role for 12-months however, there is potential for this to move into a permanent role.

THE ROLE

You’ll be the go-to person for all things numbers, working with teams across marketing, sales and operations. Whether it’s spotting trends, building dashboards, or digging into KPIs – if it involves data, you’re all over it.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting, cleaning, and analysing data from various sources (yes, you’ll need to love spreadsheets). We use Salesforce so having previous experience of this is a requirement for this role.
  • Creating clear, actionable reports and dashboards to help teams make data-driven decisions
  • Working closely with stakeholders to understand what they need – and delivering insights that wow them
  • Monitoring key metrics and identifying opportunities for growth or improvement
  • Automating repetitive data tasks to free up your time for the fun stuff
  • Supporting data governance and ensuring we’re handling data responsibly

A BIT ABOUT YOU

We’re not just looking for technical technical skills – we want someone who’s big-hearted, gets sh!t done, and is always reaching for the stars (no neg-heads, please).

You’ll tick most (if not all) of these boxes:

  • Experienced with data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI or Tableau (bonus points if you love a pivot table)
  • Experienced with Salesforce
  • Comfortable interpreting data and explaining it to non-technical people
  • Super organised, with a knack for spotting patterns that others miss
  • Curious by nature – you love digging into a problem and figuring out what’s really going on
  • Passionate about using data to drive impact, not just create reports
  • You'll have proven experience of using data to make a meaningful impact.

Due to the nature of the role, you’ll have incredibly strong interpersonal skills and have the confidence to deal with people at all levels.

This role involves taking years of data to spot trends and opportunities. You’ll be comfortable working across a wide variety of stakeholders and presenting actionable insights to them.

A self-motivated person who works well independently is at the top of our list, along with a positive attitude which is in-line with our values here at Property Hub. You’ll be able to prioritise your workload and have excellent attention to detail.

You’ll also have a full understanding and appreciation of maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality which goes hand-in-hand with any data driven role.
