Marketing Executive at Property Hub

We’re a property business – but we’re a marketing first business. We take content marketing to the extreme (and we’re not talking about boring Rightmove adverts!). Our podcast has over 300,000 monthly downloads and has cemented itself as the UK’s most popular business podcast. We’ve curated a huge online community and we have a bi-monthly print magazine.

Our co-founder is a best-selling author with five books under his belt and we’re frequently featured in the national press, including being regular columnists in the Sunday Times.


Marketing is the driving force behind Property Hub. We’ve created an audience, tens of thousands strong, eager to consume everything we do.

We’re looking for someone with killer copywriting skills and a knack for balancing this with a range of wider marketing knowledge.

On a typical day, you might be:

● Creating exciting launch material to present to prospective investors; researching and drafting content.

● Creating and scheduling content across our social channels – and analysing the performance.

● Email marketing and campaign builds for new launches.

● Constructing new landing pages for various campaigns.

● Assist with setting up live events (webinars) and liaising with our team to make sure they happen on time.

● Assisting with events - from venue sourcing to ticketing set-up.

● Reviewing the performance of our campaigns and drawing meaningful analysis to help the team shape future activities across all channels.

● Delving into a range of marketing administrative duties.

● Reporting figures and successes.


We’re looking for someone who is passionate about marketing and is a true team player. Our marketing team is small but mighty, so we need someone with a first-class work ethic, a thirst for knowledge and a passion for learning new skills - not to mention someone who’s honest, trustworthy and flexible to meet business demands.

You don’t need to have a property background, [we have more than enough content to help educate you], but you’ll have top notch communication skills (verbal and written), and you’ll be a pro at managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

Experience of using Wordpress, Google Analytics, Salesforce and email systems such as Pardot is also desirable. As is your ability to analyse data, evaluate findings and present the success of your campaigns.

You’ll also be a creative person - not afraid to think outside the box and make suggestions for improvements and campaigns. We’re a collaborative team and we want to hear them all!
