Portfolio Manager at Property Hub

Our Portfolio Managers are highly enthusiastic and ambitious, and we’re looking for the newest addition to our team. Our people are our biggest asset, so we’re looking for a true “people person” who can nurture our clients, guiding them through their journey with us.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT...

This would be an ideal role for those with previous sales experience in property investment.

You will be accustomed to working in a client focused, sales oriented, environment. Your primary goal will be to develop long lasting relationships with clients, providing advice and suggestions on how they can progress with growing their property portfolio.

This means that as a Portfolio Manager, you get to deal with the best converting leads in the industry.

You’ll be based out of our Manchester office and join a high achieving team of enthusiastic, ambitious and supportive property professionals. Our team have already built an impressive portfolio of high value clients and have BIG plans on the horizon! WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As a Portfolio Manager, you’ll work closely with the wider team to promote new and existing client relationships, which is integral to the company’s growth strategy and revenue generation objectives.

Your duties and responsibilities may vary and include:

Guiding clients through the Property Hub process

Handling client enquiries on behalf of the team

Introducing and advising clients on all fantastic investment opportunities

Contacting the best leads in the industry

Building long lasting relationships with clients

Supporting clients, helping them identify and realise their goals

Suggesting strategies to help clients realise their goals and grow their property portfolio

Being a champion for clients

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You’ll have an unquestionable passion for property and a burning desire to progress your career by developing your portfolio management talents. We’re looking for an energetic and creative individual with a positive attitude and natural charisma to instill confidence in your clients.

The successful person will have an ability to quickly and easily build rapport through actively listening and understanding. You’ll be able to build trust with your clients so they have confidence in you and in us as a business, and you’ll possess the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations.

Experience of working within property is highly beneficial and you must have client facing experience. Would suit someone working in estate agency at senior sales or branch manager level.

Location: Manchester office (Hybrid working model in place)

Basis: Full Time - Permanent

Salary: £35,000 per annum (OTE between £60,000 & £70,000)
