We’ve built businesses to support the gaps in the market and now we’ve changed the game by launching our fintech brand that’s set to completely disrupt the property market.

We’re a content-driven, marketing led business with a huge reach. We’ve helped educate aspiring and experienced investors on how to invest in property through our podcast (300,000+ monthly downloads), four of the UK’s leading property investment books and our social channels that are thousands strong!

We’re expanding our small (but mighty) team and are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join us and help us deliver the huge plans.

THE ROLE

We are developing our Salesforce system to assist our business meet our ambitious targets for growth you will be working as part of our fantastic operations team, learning about the Administration elements of Salesforce from our incredible team, you’ll be responsible for;

  • Extracting and manipulating data
  • Checking the details and having a keen eye to spot any inconsistencies
  • Acting as a first-line response to team queries and issues that arise
  • Investigation of issues and creating future solutions to eliminate them in the future

There will be massive opportunity for you to assist with the development and testing of new and improved functionality of the system.

You’ll be a key member of our operational processes and development department. You’ll be able to work independently when required but this role will require you to build strong relationships internally across the business.

A BIT ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who is ready to move on to the next stage of their own Salesforce or CRM career, this is not a role where you will be resetting passwords for large portions of your day! We need someone with the following skills and attributes:

  • Keen eye for detail and is passionate about improving business efficiency using data
  • Customer focused and always willing to help problem solve
  • Experience of using Salesforce or other CRM for at least one year (essential), experience with Excel and Pardot would also be an advantage
  • General experience of data manipulation - objects, queries and someone who can pull together data in agreed formats and has confidence in presenting that data.
  • Confident, clear and open communicator
  • Enjoys building relationships both internally and externally
  • Is a team player who enjoys collaborating with others to get things done and if you’re experienced with process flows and translating these into system requirements, this would be a bonus. However, for the right candidate, we could help your development in this area.
