Marketing Executive

Property Hub Holdings Limited

Up to £35,000

Job description

Are you ready for a new and exciting challenge in a fast-paced business that’ll take your marketing skills to the next level?

Do you love marketing? Are you skilled at creating compelling copy? Do you thrive in a team that’s constantly testing and learning?

If so, read on.

WHO YOU’LL BE WORKING FOR...

We’re a property business – but we’re a marketing-first business. We take content marketing to the extreme (and we’re not talking about boring Rightmove adverts!). Our podcast has over 300,000 monthly downloads and for the last decade has cemented itself as the UK’s most popular investing podcast. We’ve curated a huge online community, and our YouTube channel is growing fast, with over 80,000 subscribers.

Our co-founder is a best-selling author with six books under his belt and we’re frequently featured in the national press, including being regular columnists in The Sunday Times.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Marketing is at the heart of everything we do at Property Hub. We’ve built an audience, tens of thousands strong, eager to consume everything we do.

We’re looking for an experienced marketer with a natural flair for copywriting and an insatiable hunger for all things marketing – someone who understands how to craft messages that connect with the right people and is just as comfortable getting stuck into the detail as they are thinking big-picture.

On a typical day, you could be:

  • Building email marketing campaigns and writing compelling copy for new launches.
  • Managing and delivering regular communications and perks to our key audiences, keeping them well-informed and engaged.
  • Creating and scheduling content across our social channels – and analysing the performance.
  • Creating exciting launch materials to present to prospective investors; researching and drafting content.
  • Constructing new landing pages for various campaigns, ensuring they’re engaging and conversion focused.
  • Reviewing campaign performance, drawing meaningful insights to help the team shape future marketing efforts across all channels.
  • Reporting on key figures and successes, helping to track performance and refine strategies.
  • Planning and executing events, from live online webinars to in-person gatherings, ensuring everything runs smoothly, from venue sourcing to ticketing set-up.
  • Handling a range of marketing administrative duties to keep everything running efficiently.
  • Supporting wider business initiatives, ensuring marketing plays a key role in company projects.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about marketing and is a true team player. Our marketing team is small but mighty, so we need someone with a first-class work ethic, a thirst for knowledge and a passion for learning new skills.

You don’t need to have a property background, [we have more than enough content to help educate you], but you’ll have top notch communication skills (verbal and written), and you’ll be a pro at managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

Experience of using Wordpress, Google Analytics, Salesforce and email systems such as Pardot is also desirable. As is your ability to analyse data, evaluate findings and present the success of campaigns.

Most importantly, you’ll be someone who thinks creatively, spots opportunities, and isn’t afraid to share ideas, whether it’s a fresh approach to a campaign, a way to improve our processes, or something completely new – we’re a collaborative team, and we want to hear it all.

SOUND LIKE YOU?
